Digital products only
No physical product will be shipped. After successful payment, customers receive access to the purchased digital file.
Downloads
Each purchased file may be downloaded up to 5 times. Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing their files.

Digital content and right of withdrawal
By requesting immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the end of the applicable withdrawal period.
You acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content has begun in accordance with applicable consumer law, you may lose your right of withdrawal.
Where required, this consent and acknowledgement will be explicitly requested during checkout.
Refunds
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been supplied or made available, subject to applicable consumer law.
Please contact us if:
- the downloaded file is corrupted or defective;
- you receive a file different from the product purchased;
- a technical problem attributable to the website prevents you from accessing your purchase;
- you believe you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law.
We will first attempt to resolve technical issues by providing access to a working copy of the purchased file where appropriate.
Printing and colour variations
The final appearance of a printed poster may vary depending on monitor calibration, printer, paper, ink and printing service. Such normal variations do not constitute a defective digital file.
